Shipping policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Domestic (e.g., USA): 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS
- International: 10-20 business days. International orders are subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- BDA Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed by the carrier as "delivered." Please contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim.
