Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, here's what you need to know.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items (for health & safety reasons)
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at playtimeco@bdainc.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, which may include a replacement or refund.
